Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home for service? No. You do not need to be home as long as we can safely access the yard. Gates must be unlocked and the service area must be accessible on your scheduled service day.
Can I skip the deodorizing? Yes. Just let us know, and we’ll mark your account for no deodorizing. Your regular pet waste removal service will continue as usual. You can also try for a couple weeks and decide you don't want it anymore, just let us know.
